Viridian has been involved in the reinstatement works to the accommodation block following it being destroyed by a recent fire.
This project for GDCV Investments was completed Christmas 2013 and involved the re-branding and refurbishment of an existing 78 bed hotel. Services included the upgrade of the low pressure hot water heating, HVAC installations, lighting, fire alarm and security systems.
This project completed in 2012, involved the services detailed design work for the installation contractor, for this 174 bed, 4 star hotel, incorporating bar, restaurant and private dining areas, all complimented with AV systems throughout.
This project involved the conversion of an existing listed building into a 119 bed hotel. Services include heating and comfort cooling to all bedrooms via gas fired Variable Refrigerant Flow heat pump installations. Whilst the Directors of Viridian were involved in the original development, Viridian has since been involved in remodelling and refurbishment works in the last 12 months.
